I am having problems with Bluesound dropping out. I have been told that I need to check and if necessary change certain settings on the router. I can access the router by going to

192.168.0.1 but I cant go further as I need to "authenticate" and the router wont accept my Sky user name and password. Any suggestions please?

Password: sky OR your default WiFi password printed on the hub
