Sky postponed the date engineer will come to my house for my broadband installation and sent a message saying that I do not need to be in touch with them. But I am now away from home for two weeks and can not find any contact number to postpone the engineer's visit to my house. Firstly This unilateral communication did not make me feel good and My question is, if there is a telephone number I can speak to a real person.
thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paladine You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Paladine the communication was probably from Openreach rather than directly from Sky. Installation work is done by Openreach who own and operate the network Sky use and typically the end customer cannot contact them so have to go via Sky
