Access the router settings.

Quite simply we've just changed from BT to sky and I want to change the ssid and password so everything just reconnects. I've tried 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.254 and 192.168.0.1 Nothing works.... Can anyone advise please?

In trying to access your router stats which type of device are you trying to use and wahat browser?

Its 192.168.0.1

Username: admin

Password: your default WiFi Password printed on the hub OR sky

Don't use an Apple device to try and do it.
