Abysmal speeds, dropping out all the time. According to all the checks, my broadband is fine.

I am constantly getting movies etc interrupted by signal dropping out.  Tested my speed today and only got 12.2 download, 3.92 upload and it struggled to get there. Should be getting at least 53 download.  I have done all the checks and am at the end of my tether.  With BT previously, using same lines in and hardly a problem. Sky say that 75Mpbs coming out their end and must be all the devices I have connected to Wi-Fi!  Doh, really.  There must other people out there that are having the same issue.  Help please!

@BOAC  Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

I have followed all the instructions, but I cannot log in and go to the maintenance tab.  I am using username admin and password sky!

@BOAC  in order to access the router the username is "admin " without the quotes and the password is your Wi-Fi password, that is the same one you use to connect phones and tablets to the internet.

@BOAC  Have you tried holding in the reset button for around 20 seconds, also which browser are you using to try get access to the router and which type of device are you using to do this?
