About to move

I'm am due to move in July and about to notify Sky via the app. However, can I upgrade my broadband once the move happens or will I be locked into a new 18 month contract following moving. 

I have the option to upgrade my super fast broadband to fibre (which is cheaper and faster) but the earliest this can be done is 1st week of July and we move the week after.

You can upgrade any time during a contract, you just cant cancel (without penalty) or downgrade.
