About my router
Hi, I'm still waiting for my router that I was promised that would be delivered today and it's still not here after having no Wi-Fi for five weeks. Where is this route

l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
Hubs are normally dispatched via Royal Mail. Once sent out you can usually track its progress. The postie will usually leave it hidden if no one is in. You don't need to sign for it. The postie should also pop a card through the letterbox telling you where it was left and the tracking should show some information on it too.
