Igot a new broadband connection on 24 April 2025, and today the engineer came for installation  but somehow he couldn’t meet me maybe he couldn’t find your flat/house or i missed his call

Now my broadband is not fully active yet. Please reshadule my meeting or call my registerd phonw numbe

@Anabeel This is a customer to customer Forum, when you post on it you are not talking to SKY, you need to call sky tomorrow morning and arrange your request, nothing the forum can do for you. Number is in the link below or call 150 if you have a sky mobile.
