5gh and 2gh running simultaneously

Is this correct my sky router can only emit one or the other?Not both together.

@Dave+WILBS no that is incorrect all Sky hubs under 15 years old are dualband which are by default synchronised so you onky see one SSID which maybe what is causing confusion.

Thankyou Chrisee this incorrect  information was straight from a sky customer support rep.Yes by changing names can distinguish them apart,however once I set one up the 2gh devices on the original 5gh SSID all lost connection.
