5GHz keeps disconnecting

Hello, 

We recently got broadband with you, and lately the 5GHz connection keeps dropping but the 2.4GHz is stable. The wifi box doesn't show any issues (the light is a white colour consistently). It seems to only happen with the 5GHz version and we aren't sure why.
