£50 love to shop giftcard

I signed up to Sky Broadbad & Talk through Uswitch. As part of the switch I was offered a £50 love to shop giftcard.

i have contacted Uswitch about the card but they told me it is arranged and dispatched by Sky.

How can I chase this up, please? It has been 3 months since I switched.

@Sarah323 normally the instructions for claiming rewards are normally detailed in the terms and conditions thst applied to your offer so check the informstion you got sent. If that doesnt help if you are entitled to rewards from Sky the normal place to find these are in the My Sky area of the website or app after you dign in. If still stuck give Sky a call.

Love to Shop gift cards are not something I have seen Sky promoting but they do have lots of offers.
