Hi, looking at getting sky broadband only, I've just looked at the sky broadband deals and it says that there is a £5 set up fee which is fine, but it states that the £5 set up fee is refunded for new customers which i am. Yet according to the people om the phone i am wrong it doesn't state this at all and is only valid if you take a bundle deal out. Which is incorrect I went on the broadband section, typed in all my details selected the broadband 150 and it says about the £5 at the bottom. Can anyone confirm whether this will be refunded? As it clearly states it in black and white but they're arguing about it.
