Hi All,
It's been 5 days since my activation date and still no internet. I havent received any information on when an engineer will be available, the notification just says awaiting a time and date.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

You would need to call sky on 150 from a sky landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops
And ask for the Order Recovery team
