35Mbps - Sky Broadband Superfast?

Could you tell me if 35Mbps is acceptable for broadband superfast please.

Ofcom defines 'Superfast' (FTTC) as over 30Mbs, so technically, yes.  The previous technology (ADSL) tops out at 24Mbs.

 

Superfast is sold wholesale as 'up to' either 40/10Mbs or 80/20Mbs, with speed dropping over the copper line distance from the fibre cabinet.

Sky 'Superfast 35' is offered where Openreach data indicates the line cannot support an 80/20 product.
