Promised a call today from sky broadband engineer to book a time. Promised at 11am that someone would be in touch within 2 hours. No one has called. This has been ongoing for 6 days! Need a broadband engineer visit.

No, new installation and phoned to get an engineer out. Sky engineering team were to phone earlier today to arrange a visit but waiting now 7 hours for a call back!

Do you mean the flashing green light on the white router ( like a pulsating light) as I have this issue which has ment no internet fur 2 days and it's still not fixed
