2 unknown devices Inc mobile were connected to my WiFi now my cameras aren't visible

Last week, two unknown devices Inc a mobile phone model we don't own were connected to my WiFi now my CCTV cameras & system aren't visible ? I've reset the router & devices multiple times, no change??

Is the rear of the router visible from outside the property?
