I have recently started a contract with Sky broadband and talk, and it is all fine. However, orginally the order was set to the wrong address, so it was cancelled and re-ordered, which means I have now been delivered 2 routers.
I am using the original router fine, but need to know what to do with the 2nd unused router, as I was not in the flat at the time of delivery, so I could not refuse the package.
How can I return the 2nd router?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky have not asked for it back then just keep it as a spare because they may at some point just ask for it back. Just keep in mind its still Sky's property so if you lose it/sell it/give it away you may be liable for charges at the end of the contract period.

Are both routers identical ?

Yes it is, the order was for Sky superfast, so the duplicated order is the one that was delivered, it is the exact same order/router.
