2.5hz and 5hz

Hi I'm trying to split my WiFi to 2.5hz and my smart device needs it, just trying to work out how to Splitting my WiFi to 2.5hz and 5hz not together

Presumably 2.4Ghz rather than 2.5Ghz

 

Unfortunately unsynchronizing bands isn't possible on the white Max Hub.

@Scottvrs these are the instructions for the black hubs see Split Sky WiFi bands

 

If you have a white hub go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and find tge control for the WiFi temporarily turn off tgec5GHz band oncecthe hub restarts connect your devices then go back in and turn the 5GHz signal on and they should stay connected.
