@Benthorno1 The essiest way to restore settings is to faxtoryvreset the Sky hub. If it is one of the black type press and hold in the reset pin for 20 seconds until the power led blinks then release it. On the white hubs press and hold in the WPS button for 30 seconds.
You can then access the hub's setting by using the 192.169.0.1 with the user name admin and the wifi pasword on the label for all hubs except forvthecflat type where the password is sky.
