Loss of speed

I keep getting warnings from my fire stick that my connection is slow and when I do a test it says between 65 and 75 mbs,yet the sky app says everything is fine and my speed is what I pay for ( up to 151 mbs) . This is completely wrong as I'm not even getting half of that. If my connection was ok my apps wouldn't keep buffering, so my only conclusion is that my fire stick speed test is correct and the app is incorrect. Please sort this out as you must honour your guarantee of my internet speed

Actually no.  The Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed is cabled ('internet') speed as far as the router, not WiFi coming from it, and it's not really a 'guarantee' anyway (although FTTP, unlike FTTC, should always be capable of delivery)

Your Firestick would be registering zero Mbs on the other side of a few walls.
