Re: 1 bar WiFi signal
@DanLennox88 wifi signal strength is affected by the layout and type of construction in your home. Make sure your hub is out in the open on a surface so it is above obvious obstructions like radiators. Beyond thst the longer the distance or the denser the barriers the signal has to pass through the more signal that is lost. In many homes you need.more than a single Sky hub so either need an extender or a full wifi mesh system.

Re: 1 bar WiFi signal
Hi. Thanks for this. We have an extender as well. The main one sits to the side of the TV in the front room. It is currently about three foot away from me, with a clear line of sight, and is still only on one bar signal on my phone. When I run the checks through Sky, everything is coming through as being fine. Strange one for sure!

Re: 1 bar WiFi signal
@DanLennox88 If you are only getting one bar three feet from an extender you are not connecting to tge extrnder but to the hub. It is quite difficukt toncontrol which source a device like a phone connects to and they should roam but sometines dont dropping the connection for a second should make it conect to the extender which hopefully is faster.
