Spoke with Sky this morning re this problem and they are going to send an engineer after removing a Health and safety flag on the property (tho they cold not tell me what the problem is) Anyway tried the usual switching on and off at the mains butstill no joy. Does anyone out there know why BBC Scotland channels are showing on the screen as "sky+HD box is not receiving a satellite signal" All other BBC chanels are working. Do not have 101, 115, 117, 503.
Thanks.

thanks for the speedy reply. Any idea why it's only BBC Scotland programs that are not being transmitted?

thanks Mark39, makes sense. will wait for Sky to arrange a visit and see what they say. You always hope there is an easy sort but seems as if you need to reallign the dish. Thanks @Mark39

I've had the same problem, sky said it's because my box is old . 🥴

A box problem is conceivable but a dish or cabling fault is far more likely.

turns out the lnb had a hole in the plastic cover and moisture was getting in, It eventually dried out but sky gave us sky q at no charge so went with that.
