my sky vip isn't working on the sky app but everything else does

I've downloaded the sky app a few minutes ago and when I click on the sky vip option it looks like it is loading but nothing comes on it and that is all it does

Reboot your device and leave it a while to see if it starts working and if it doesn't delete the app, reboot again before installing it again.
