waived charges

Hello,

on 25/04, i was promised (over the phone) that my monthly charges would be waived due to me not getting the minimum contracted broadband speed. looking at my bills (previous and future), this doesn't seem to be happening. anything i should do to rectify this?

This is something you would need to take up with Sky again, give them the date and time you phoned previously so they can listen what was said to you if they need to.
