very **bleep** internet
all of a sudden my internet is **bleep** and slow

@Rackzzz There is nothing wrong with your internet connection, it is running at the maximum possible download speed for the type of connection it has.
Going on the router stats, i would guess all these devices are on WiFi? You might need to have a play around with some WiFi settings, such as changing channels to see if it helps:
