Netgear AX40 FTTP Configuration

Good Morning All,

I have recently purchased the RAX40 - https://www.amazon.co.uk/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-4-Stream-Router-Medium/dp/B01IX2AO48

Has anyone been able to successfully connect this router to Sky FTTP?

Due to limited options in the GUI, I am struggling to find any settings related to DHCPv6-PD

I have used the follow prefix for the DHCP 61 settings

Netgear_mac_address@skydsl|last_6_characters of the mac

I have tried this with IPv6 set to DHCP and Disabled.

Does anyone have any advice on what to try next?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Should be abc123@skydsl|abc123 for the DHCP Option 61 field. Internet should be set to automatic IP

Dump the Netgear and go for an AX Asus router. Specifically rt-ax86u loaded with Merlin firmware you can achieve what you're trying to do since you can input those options easily in the GUI.

If it's proper FTTP, just have it the router connected direct to the ONT if you decide to go down the Asus route.
