Discussion topic: using Sky Go on Win10 laptop but cannot login to Q box

Hi there

My son is at university, and is using the Wifi provided. He can access Sky Go on his personal laptop fine, but cannot access the Q box for recordings. Id there a reason why and a why to allow him. I have all the bells and whistles regarding Sky packages and so cannot understand why this doesnt work.

Is the Sky Q box with him because if it isn't it isn't possible to access them remotely.
