understandanding bill

Hi,

I have a problem because a cancel my contract in July. You take payments still. Could you chceck that ?

@Magier  You're not talking to Sky, we are all customers, if you cancelled in July then 31 days is the notice period, you would still be charged up to that date your services end.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

ok, last payments was 7 June 26pounds, in August you took 55.42. Could you tell me how much money do I still have to pay?

@Magier that's likely to be correct. As @GD1 posted, you're billed as normal during the 31 days notice period. So, your July bill may have been produced before your services actually ended. 

 

The overpayment should be refunded automatically to your bank account (or card account if you pay by card) within 6 weeks, or you can give Sky a ring and they'll manually refund the overpayment within 5 days.
