@Vickie+wardrop You're not talking to Sky just other customers. You haven't provided much info on why the refund is due, for example duplicate payment, or cancelled services. Under normal circumstances refunds take up to 6 weeks. You may be better off calling Sky again, unless your post can be escalated.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
