I have set up all the perameters I thought was necessary . I was wondering if the firewalls were stopping it, anyone have the same problem.

Sometimes CCTV cameras don't allow SSL to be used so what settings are you using?

They should be :

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com or smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
SPA off

Are you authenticating with your Sky email and password?

You may need to use a generated app password instead of your usual Sky account password.
