switching to sky broadband

hi there

i want to switch to sky broadband, the question i have is, does it matter who's name is on the accounts for the broadband providers for when switching, my name is on the sky account and my wife's name is on bt account, would my wife need to contact bt to cancel or would there be no need as the swich over would be done by the providers.

Might be advisable to add your wife onto your my sky app "my details"-> additional users so she can contact sky to do the switch of broadband onto your sky account.
