Box has been stuck in a updating software loop for two days now it gets to step 2 of 2 then goes back to a blue pulsing Q and red light and then starts over again have tried all the suggested ways to fix it and its just not happening

Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble. When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat

I have a similar problem to others in this thread. My box is stuck in a start up loop. I have tried holding the standby button in whilst reconnecting the power. It went through the software up date routine but still won't reboot cleanly.
