sky crime on demand hd/sd option

HI , Got a question i want to watch killer in my village on my sky q box , ive found the newest series and am not paying for HD so i select the sd version, but it wont let me watch just says upgrate, totally lost.

Hi, did you resolve this as I'm having a similar problem. Don't have HD package and trying to watch programs on Sky Crime but not getting the option to download in SD. Have changed the preferences to SD but still no joy just getting the upgrade message. Thanks Richard
