screen fit

my mail no longer fits on to a single screen but now needs a movement bar at the bottom. How can I get it back to fit on one screen?

@Roger+Wesson  That varies from device to device, but it seems you have zoomed in on the device your using.   

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you are on a Windows PC/Laptop, try holding down the Ctrl key and using the mouse scroll wheel to size the screen to your liking.
