I keep receiving the attached notice

I keep receiving the attached notice, I have tried to stop it all day, and cannot stop IT.

Please show me how to remove IT.

@Bernard+Monaghan  Until your image is released by the forum we can't see what it says.

 

Edit:  The image is displaying now, that is the message from your email client and suggests the login details used are not being accepted, Sky have no power to stop it, so not sure why you think they would?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The image has been removed as it contains your personal details, name;y your email address.

 

For this issue all you should need to do is to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of the usual password it uses, you can you can generate the 16 digit password here:
