Did you cancel your BB subscription?
If you are cancelling broadband totally or are moving to Virgin you have to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days. This link may help https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband

If you didn't take the router when you moved out and therefore haven't returned it then you'll have to pay a non return fee of £50.

I would think if you have cancelled correctly and have received the normal confirmation email it'll be a one off non return fee. Hopefully correspondence will be via email because if Sky write to you at your former address that coukd be an issue. I personally would be returning to the former address and seeing if the new tenants have found the router.

What model of hub was it

The old sr102 a chunky upright model

Er115 a slimmer horizontal model

Or the sr203 a slim upright model?

And when was it issued to you?

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Hi @returneq

Providing you have cancelled your contract with Sky they will only ask for a one off charge for a non-return of your Sky hub.

The charge is usually applied to your account 60 days after your account is cancelled. If you want to just pay it then you can, all that will happen is a one off payment will be taken and the charge for non return goes onto the bill which is then eaten up by the credit from your payment.

Thanks
