problems with netflix account asking for service code to verify account

someone changed password on my account contacted netflix they told me to go to sky.com/activatenetflix and give service code from bottom of page which is non existent contacted sky sky agent didnt know anything about it suggested setting up new account and they would take over payment but i have been billed by netflix who say they need to verify old account before refunding

@miniauto  If it's just a case that someone changed the password on your netflix account then change it back?

You can choose to have the new password sent by email or text.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
