Utra HD added to my account.
I have just spoken to an advisor re my Sky account just to confirm things. I was told that I would be offered a Sky kids package and an Ultra HD Netflix package. I said I dont have an ultra hd tv and no children in the house. Therefore I would like to turn down the offer. The advisor said that I had to take the offer and after 2 months I would be charged an extra £10 per month. I am confused about this, not that it takes much!
How can I be forced to take packages that I dont want?

You don't have to accept any offer if it doesn't suit you.

That doesn't sound right at all. Phone them back and get some clarity.
