paid my bill to reinstate my services now it’s asking me to pay again

i've just paid my bill to reinstate my services now it's asking me to set up a direct debit payment but when i go to set it up it's asking me to pay the bill again which i have just paid ,driving me mad

@coley007  How late were you in paying, if more than two weeks late it'll be asking for next month's payment as well

it's asking for the same amount again so not next months

@coley007  what service are you paying for most monthly subscriptions are the same unless they increase because of the annual price increase or you have made calls outside of your call plan

 

but you haven't answered my original question how late were you paying the bill

What @SKY1992bf is indicating is if you are two or more weeks overdue you will also have to pay the next bill as well. Once your payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account and you've set up a new continuous payment method your services should be reinstated.
