my mini box has stopped working, have tried all of the usual re-boots etc what do i do?

My mini box will not re-boot, there seems to be no connection between the box and remote.

hi @Nab05 

 

try resetting you SKY Q mini remote 

 

Press & hold 7  & 9 until th ered led above the SKY logo blinks 4 times

 

When it has reset it works in Infrared mode until re-paired so make sure it has lne of sight of the box

 

If you can then control the mini press & hold 1 & 3 together to start the re-pair & follow the instructions
