my email has stopped working

i can recieve email on my phone but not on my laptop

On your laptop how do you access your email account, do you login to the Sky website or use an app and if the later what is happening ?

On your phone do you use the email app on it and if so do you download these emails via the POP server because if you do and unless you have selected the "leave email on the server" they will be removed from the Sky website once they have been downloaded.
