my bill is suppose to be automatic but wasn't taken out this month and I don't know why

hi, my bill was supposed to be taken out on the 9th, but has yet to be taken out. i believe my setting is on automatic as it has been the last few months that ive had this device similarly, i usually get a text to say it is the money is coming out of my account on the day, however, it wasnt taken out so i am confused. it says on my account info that it will be taken out with next months, but is there a way for me to pay that bill now instread of together with next months.

Hi @R+Mae  if you pay it manually Sky will probably still try and take the direct debit too. Is your direct debit still in place ? You could phone sky on 150 and discuss it with them.
