iPhone pro 13 unlock?

I would like to buy the new iPhone pro 13.

But I don't want a the sky sim. 
is the iPhone unlocked?

can I use another provider sim on the new iPhone?

is there interest fee for the pay monthly scheme?

How long it the warenty or protection package for iPhone 13 pro?

Also if I have to buy a free SIM card of sky do I still need to use it?

As long as you activate it then it is up to you if you use it or not.
