Billing payment

I made a payment of £36 pounds on Friday 15th October because the the direct debit failed. On the same day another payment of £36 was taken.

@Caitina  You should never make a manual payment unless Sky ask you, if your direct debot fails Sky will attempt again a few days later.

Hi @Caitina  if you have a direct debit set up then never make an additional payment as sky will still request the payment too. If you want a refund you will need to call sky on 150 to arrange it and it will take a week to process.

@Caitina If you need the extra payment you made refunded you'll have to contact Sky. They should be able to refund in 5 working days.
