iPhone 13 pro max locked sky network?

Hi everyone 

 

I want to know if I preorder iPhone 13 pro max today it will come locked by sky network or is unlocked to all networks providers?

@Marius+p  ALL Sky mobiles are unlocked.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
