ethernet connection got error notice, whilst on firestick,

Got an error message today whilst on my smart LG tv, so checked everything I know  how too, have Wi-Fi,  but no ethernet connection via power line , and can't now access fire stick, I suspect the hub, any idea's please.

@DustyMiller69 test the hub by plugging something in by ethernet directly.

 

Honestly it is far more likely to be a fault with the Powerline adapters themselves than the port on the hub failing. Another thing to check is the cables used ethernet leads can fail and a small break in any  of the 8 wires will stop the data..
