disable ALG SIP

Afternoon All

My company have changed phone providers and have changed to Webex system, the issue i am having is that this will not work with Sky braoadband on my mobile ,works if i turn WIFI off and  they have advised that Webex dosent work well with Sky to disable the  ALG SIP  on the router, I have no idea what this is or where to find it, trying to find a number to call sky and task seems impossiable.

- Type 192.168.0.1 into your web browsers address bar

- Select 'Advanced' from the top navigation bar

- Login with credentials Username: admin Password: sky OR your default WiFi password printed on the sticker on your hu

- Select ALG from the sub-navigation bar

- Untick the boxes you require

- Click apply

Note you may not be able to change these settings if you are using an iOS device, please use another device to change them.
