connection dropping out

Hi,

mainly during teams calls during the day (working from home) the connection randomly drops out. It comes back within a few minutes but this is very frustrating.

I've just changed my password to ensure there arent any other devices on the network that shouldnt be.

Attached my statistics and system info below.

@toblask  Are you connecting by wifi?  Have you tried ethernt connection especually when doing Skype/Teams/Zoom type calls as video over wifi is never a good idea.  If you want stability ethernet is the best option.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@toblask

What is your minimum speed guarantee ? You are showing both wan and wifi drops that may be affecting your speed and stability. Can you run tests from my sky app , broadband talk and see if it picks up any errors then in more about your connection you will find your speed guarantee
