catch up tv downloading wrong programme

Hi, to put it in a nutshell. We have sky+ and when I went to catch up tv earlier to try and watch Friday's episode of Coronation street on itv1. Once the download completed and was available to watch, I selected start viewing but the programme it was showing was 'The Voice' despite it saying 'coronation Street'. Anybody know how I can fix this? We have deleted all recordings and tried it several times with no joy. Thanks

I am having difficulty in watching any programme on catch up when I try it gives me a message saying  to press the red button to upgrade my package and also can I CANCEL THE BOX SETS as we don't use them

Are you  trying to download in HD without an HD subscription?

Give Sky a ring to downgrade.

@Duke0771 You can only cancel box sets if you subscribe to them separately, if you get them with a bundle like Sky Signature then you cannot cancel them
