cannot change channel on second tv
I have a magic eye set up on second tv. We can watch sky tv on it but cannot change channels with the remote for the past few days. Looking at other threads for ideas I unplugged the TV link connection from the back of the tv and when I did that I was able to control sky through the magic eye. Any further suggestions???

We were told by Sky our package was changing to Sky Signature 'some time in April' - might that have reset some settings?

The magic eye feature is available independently from your subscription and it is available on all Sky+ boxes, even those who no longer subscribe to sky at all
Your Sky Signature change has nothing to do with your issue

No, as @Annie+UK posted, it's not related to your subscription. I suspect a hardware issue. When the magic eye is plugged into your tv, is the power LED on the eye lit?
