broadband order issue

ordered broadband yesterday, recieved email today saying problem with my order and to contact them. I rang the number but all that lead to was an SMS asking me to log in to sky.com/fixtv but couldnt see any problems.  How do i speak to someone to find out what the problem is with my order.

@MLOCWhen you call the number does it ask you what the nature of the call is? If it does say " Technical ", let them send you a TXT, but DO NOT hang up evern is asked to do so. You should then be put in the queue for an advisor.
